why do gm's always blow the right side day time lights?
this is starting to piss me off. :tantrum: I have replaced the right one 4 freakin times :grr: and the left side once, what gives. I see alot fo gm's where I live with one light out and its the right side
I replaced mine with these amber bulbs from vatozone and they look pretty cool and have lasted almost 8 months.
It's the fluid pump. It's located on the left side of the engine bay, near the battery and it's harder to pump the fuel to the right side, so they usually blow first due to lack of fluid.

Gotta get that fluid to the light bulbs otherwise they wont make any light. :duh:
I also see one driving light out on many and have always wondered why just the one and always that same side
uneven power distribution is my guess. anyone have a multimeter test it and see.

I have had extremely good luck with the Cool Blue bulbs in the past. I haven't blown a bulb in forever because I run all LED lights in my truck. LED's will last anywhere from 100X to 1000X longer than the conventional incandescent bulb.
Oh, and make sure you completely flush your blinker system. Then refill with synthetic blinker fluid. I am not positive, but I think Lucas Oil makes an additive that gets the blinker fluid to the right side much easier....:nutz:
