All your components should interchange, but I'm not sure about the compressor.
i know the compressor wont, the accumlator seems not to work niether as the hose are at 1 o CLOCK on the 4.3 which hits the coil packs and the 5.3 accumlator is at 12 O clock ... anyway buying new accumalator and compressor ..with tube
