I installed a radix with 3.4 pulley. made right @ 6psi. wanted alittle bit more so went with a 3.2 pulley now its making 10psi. I'm pulling it back off because that is way to much boost on a stock bottom end 5.3L. what pulley should I use to get 7-7.5 psi?

I did now and its a freaking 2.9 pulley. Note to self don't trust someone selling a radix pulley that doesn't even have a radix. New one on the way

im running a 3.1 at 8#'s....thats a good safe number
I run a 3.2" and make ~9.5lbs peak boost on stock L33 low end. '''knocks on wood'''' Tuning has a big part to play.
I have a 3.1 on the way. I also have allen sending me a meth kit. should have some numbers soon.
