I am selling my STS turbo kit off of my 05 Silverado 6.0 2wd ext cab truck. This kit will fit most late model silverados/sierras, only difference being a small section of exhaust pipe on some trucks, and intake piping differnces between ext cab/reg cab/4 door/etc.
The kit is balls to the wall, almost every option. It is the STS kit, GT67 turbo upgrade, air to air front mount intercooler, Kenne Bell Boost a pump (to add xtra fuel), 44lb injectors, electronic boost controller which lets you electronically switch from 5.5 psi to wherever you set it at (mine runs at 9 psi), TiAl blowoff valve, Autometer phantom boost gauge, K&N filters and snorkel kit (even though I dont use the snorkel). The kit has been installed for 1.5 years and 20k miles. All is in great shape, although the exhaust side of the turbo is rusty. This ocurred almost 4 months after installation. The kit is still installed on my truck and works flawlessly, reason I am removing it is to trade in my truck for an 07 model. I do not plan to turbocharge my new truck.
I will remove the kit as carefully as possible to make the installation process easier. I have all the instructions, and STS is very helpful, even if you bought a used kit. Like I said, this kit works great, but I offer no warranty.
The parts and upgrades new are over $6000 plus shipping.

This kit added over 150 HP and 200 ft lbs of TQ to the wheels on my truck. Thats with a mail-order tune!
