Basically they came on my truck when I got it. Ive never even used them to tie stuff down or put stuff on them. Scratch-less and dent-less. I have all the bolts, nuts and washers necessary for installation in a bag.
I took them off about 4 months ago.

You find these on Ebay for around 70-100 bucks NEW.
The guy who had the truck before me said he paid 100$ for them.
