If you didnt know, my brother and I put an ls1 into a 94 Chevrolet.. Thought we were done but cant find freaking exhaust flanges anywhere local.. Ordered them from GMpartsdirect and fedex lost the package.. 2 weeks later they finally reordered some.. looks like another 2 weeks before we get it going.. The stock pcm was setup for 6 speed.. I redid all the tables for the 4l60e that we are running.. The truck wont shift out of 1st and It wont even shift to 2nd if I command it too with vcm scanner.. I dont have a maf on it yet and was wondering if that could be the problem.. Any of you had this problem.. Thanks in advance..

Can you get someone from HPT to download you a base automatic trans file to load in and see if it fixes it? BTW, do you have 12v to the transmission? It should be 12v off of the brake pedal and when you press the brake it shuts the voltage off to the transmission to release the clutch on the torque convertor. Is your wiring harness from a 4L60e vehicle or a 4L80e? Check the wiring at the connector on the transmission. If you have it wired wrong it's not going to work and may burn some things up inside.

The truck had a 4l60e in it (sold that one and bought a new one).. I had the harness done by Allen, and told him it was for an automatic.. I had the tranny installed at a professional shop.. I think it might be something in the tune but I will check the voltage thing.. Thanks for the help..
