Anybody had this problem...My rear leaf spring mounts that attach to the frame split in the middle.The drivers side about 2 months ago and now the other one is broke.It has 2 inch drop shackles,but Ive had those on every GM truck Ive owned and never a problem.The dealer is crawfishin saying that the shackles did it :bs: Its a 2004 sportside ext cab....any ideas
Post up some pics, I've gotta see this! The front leaf spring hanger is supposed to be one of the strongest parts of the truck!

Put the stock shackles back on it and take it to another dealer. :thumb:

Yoiu sure are hard on that thing :eek: I would hate to look at mine after the wheel hop I had/have...
It doesn't have anything to do with those traction bars, does it? You're not twisting the mount instead of the spring, are you?
