I drive a 2000 GMC Sierra with shorty headers, magnaflow exhaust w/ cats, CAI and a Nelson tune. It sits on 35" tires. I was wondering which size stall would be better. I want to run a cam with about 220 duration and .580 lift. The thing is that I like low end a lot and don't really want to lose any. Pretty much only tow very light loads like a trailer with quads every once a while. Any information will help. Also which manufacturer do you guys recommend. Thanks.

Honestly, I'm not sure with that size tires what stall would be best. There are a number of good converters: Precision Industries (Vigilante), Fuddle, Yank, and Hughes all have pretty good reps.
TCI seems to be getting complaints lately.
Not sure about Art Carr, but TRT, one of the site sponsors can get them.
With that much rotational mass, you're going to be FAR better off with a smaller cam.
Have you regeared first?
Do 3000 stall.

If it was me, I would go with the 2600 due to your tall tire size. That tall of tire will cause your stall to be a lil loose....I think it would prolly foot brake 2400 or so with the 2600 converter, could be wrong iono. I have a 3600 vigilante with a 342 gear and 29.5in tall tires and mine will foot brake 3200 on regular street tires. Good luck with your decision!!
