What needs to be done to man this transmission up? It feels like it has no balls making those grandma-esque slip-n-slide shifts that don't spill the coffee. Fugg that!
Oh yeah, truck is a 2003 Chevy 1500 4.8 4x4

shift kit, vette 2nd servo, 4th servo. Get a Nelson tune and have some torque management taken out.

call Allen and tell him you want the "Secret Squirrel Tune" you won't have any comlaints about the shifting then....one helluva 2nd, then it usually chirps them going into 3rd
