My buddy has a 4.3 in his 99, and he is trying to find out if a 5.7 liter throttle body would bolt to his 4.3liter. If it is able to fit is the 5.7 bigger in diameter which would allow more are to flow?

I was going to swap my 5.3 with a LS1 5.7 but it looked like the same part. I am not sure about the the 4.3L.
