Has anyone in here(stupid question) ever worked with braided oil line. I got the line and fittings from Summit and it was a pain in the ass to put them on so I ended up having to peel back the first layer of steel braid to get the fittings on. Is this normal or are they always a bitch??? I'm almost done just have to find time to run the return oil line.

I haven't worked with it much but from what I remember you are supposed to wrap tape around the end of it before you put the ends on. Does that sound right?

Currently in North Dakota. No good shops that I know of around here. the connections seem to be holding strong, but I haven't put any pressure though them yet. Hopefully tonight.
