Hey guys just purchased the bbk1709 for my truck, the question i have is: do i use the adapter plate that they send with the tb or can i use my throttle body spacer instead, or do i use both?

Was goin' to call bbk but they are closed today.
    Thanks

By the way i should have ported my stock tb. (whole nother story)

Throttle body spacers are useless on fuel injected trucks. They work really well on the TBI engines however. I would use the adapter plate if they sent it for use with your application.

you will loose hp and tq by useing the t/b spacer, just use the one they sent you and you will need to get your truck tuned for the bbk as you will loose about 4/10's with the bbk untuned for your truck. trust me i have been down that road 2 years ago. It feels stronger but you will be slower. Just have allen adjust for it at wot.
