meziere wp on 5.3 truck?

I am about to pull the meziere wp off of my 422 T/A and try it on my 5.3. will it work with the exception of rerouting the belt tensioner?

anyone here tried it?

kid around here has a stg2 Heads/Cam combo 346ci around here(low 11's i think) so i can only imagine what that thing does.
