Ok after many months of dragging a$$ I did it, I had to do it. I first wanted better shifts and made the mistake of ordering the B&M transpak. This did not work, first of all, B&M just ruins your transmission dont do it. I speak from experience I did it and about 6 months later I was rebuilding my tranny. It started out shifting well, but it always seemed to apologize after each harsh shift. What I mean is it would shift great then loose throttle response for a second. Weird eh? well this was serious slip. So I went online to www.4l60-e.com and ordered the K19 kit. It was pricey but well, EXTREMELY worth it. Now that I have it installed I dont know what I was thinking before. This is the answer to all of the 4L60e owners griefs. The kit was about a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale of difficulty but well worth the experience, I highly recommend the purchase of an account at www.alldata.com as well. As this is a great tool to have even if you dont rebuild the tranny or any other major component. The instructions on alldata made the rebuild easier and was like a guiding light through the mess of parts. I only had 48K on my tranny and the band and clutches were shot. BE very careful when installing shift kits, especially from B&M, transgo is by far my recommendation. I ordered with the kit a transgo seperator plate as I did not need the whole kit since most of the B&M kit was already installed. The guys at transgo know our trucks, they have very well written instructions. Well enough of my

    Good day,
