4l80e swap finally done. now acting funny

so i did a 4l80e swap in my 99 sierra and got everything working but the shifting seems to be wierd. its reving higher then my 60 used to. between 2500 and 3000 rpm every shift. and it doesnt like to go into 4th, all the roads around my house are 40 to 50 mph and it just is running 3rd gear everyware... what is wrong.... HELP!

This might be a stupid question, but has it been tuned? Also what do the fluid levels look? I am not sure, but these will be questions that others will have for sure.

yeah nelson did the tune for me. thinking maybe the gear ratio was mixed up or something to make the speedo off which is screwin with it not letting it shift because it thinks its at a different speed. when my speedo gets to 50 i feel like im doing 60 to 70 mph and still doesnt wanna shift into 4th. all the fluid levels are good ive checked them a few times. kinda stumped.... gonna talk to nelson monday n see what they say.

It could maybe be the speed doing that, try to use something to make sure your speed is what shows on the gauge.

now its shifting into 4th the more im driving it but only at 55 mph and over.... just somethings not right. if i get after it in first gear it just hits rev limiter and doesnt shift into 2nd until i let off and then it slams.... its just not driveable like it was befor. i gotta speed to get it into 4th and then when slow down to 45 it just downshifts the 3rd again.... thinking i need someone who knows there shit to look everything over i did.
