    While checking fluids this morning.....

Going though my usual checklish before I take off on a trip.... I did the usual trip around town.. got it good and hot. Checking the tranny fluid I am hearing a CONSTANT popping noise. I lean over to the driver side and low and behold the #7 plug wire is shooting mini lightning bolts to my headers! Ive been hearing this popping for awhile now off and on. Well now I have all new plug wires long story short. BUT the question is if this has been going on for a few weeks (which is how long ive heard this) how much power could it have been robbing from me if any? It has been bad enough to make me think ive been hearing a miss... if that says anything...

Probably about 12.5% of your power under load.

Precision at its finest right there. Hows it running now Ian? I know when one of my plug wires split on my truck, it felt like it was a completely different truck. Sluggish as hell.
