That is where the PCV hooks up. You need to put a cap on it to seal it, vacuum/boost leak.

One more thing completely unrelated. I have been told by many people I have a magnacharger, but ever one I see is top mount. I have a side mount. Are they all correct? or do I have something else?

if its on the side and kinda resembles a turbo, its a procharger

No..it looks nothing like that pic. It is in the same spot, but looks like a turbo. Someone told me it was a factory supercharger, but I was unaware of a factory charged truck. Any thoughts? I will get pics tomorrow...

run a hose from that to the nipple on the passenger valve cover,thats what i thought goes there.
Not the PCV hook up but the breather for the RH valve cover (PCV is on the LH side).
