Tensioner Issue I think?

I have the 130 amp alt, I bought a belt for a 2002 6.0 with 130 amp.

When I put the belt on I have to pull the tensioner all the way over until it stops to put the belt on. Its damn tight trying to get it put on, but it will go on!
I put a Dayco 5060930 belt on its 93 inches for the 130amp alt.
the 105 alt calls for 92 1/5 5060923

Reason I say this is I have a squeak, replaced WP already and still there, take belt off it goes away.
And I dont remember it doing this the very first time I started it with the new belt.

I just worred the tensioner is all the way over and not providing enough tension.
