just did the install last weekend...wasnt to hard but i also had an extra pair of hands(txarkitekt) and his mechanical knowledge....
I you do the kit make sure you put no shims in the 2nd accumulator...it will shift plenty hard without them...

Yeah man, James is right--its not bad. I have done other brands of shift kits before, and the Transgo was more involved with the amount of parts needed to be installed. I would honestly go with a Superior shift kit and Vette servo. Much easier and less time consuming on the install. PM me if you have any more questions about it.
