    lets talk headers

I know long tube are the way to go, so thats what I am going to do. But is there any advantage to the try-y design vs. the regular long tube? And does any run try-y headers?
    Step 1. crus at it.
    Step 2. get a hammer.
    Step 3. torch it.

Tri-Y design helps with mid-length header design and helps out with lower to mid range power. Long tubes are designed to flow better through out the RPM range--but they provide better high RPM power than low end. I recommend Pacesetters...

I decided on pacesetter with the off road y pipe. But after the Y pipe what did you guys do for exhaust. Make your own, have one made, or buy one. some pics would be nice.

Well, if you look at my sig pic, I put a flowmaster set with a series 40 muffler that exits before the passenger side rear wheel. Has a great tone... is pretty loud though... that and you end up wanting it to exit on both sides.

The Flowmaster bolted up really easily, would recommend they're systems to anyone.

Do you run a cat? I don't want to but i will have to for inspection time. So i want to be able to slip one on get it inspected and then take it back off.

I don't... around these parts (West Virginia) all you have to do is know somebody... no need for cats.

When you build your exhaust, put flanges with gaskets on both sides of the converter, then also build a "test pipe" with flanges and gaskets. Switch from converter to test pipe as needed.
