I got a 2001 6.0l block with the crank, pistons and rods. How much horsepower will the stock rods handle if ARP bolts are used with the rods.

not sure on the exact amount but i think they will take some abuse and power. curt, blacksheep is running high elevens on a stock internal 6.0 (minus futral cam).
edit: 11.6's i think. that is with traction problems too
01 ecsb stepside. best 1/4 14.6 at 92 mph.
There's a guy here local that is pushing a 200shot thru his 4.8L, pretty close to the other blocks, he has pistons and arp rod bolts.
Hope this gives you an idea of how much hp it can handle.
Plus, doesn't a company make a turbo for the ls1's that make 600+hp?
I think it will take a lot , I'd say 550hp easily.

Yeah stock rods are pretty sweet already for N/A or medium strip action. They are made of some powdered metal like the Chev 302 in the old late 60's Camaro (those rev'd to like 7000+rpms). I'd say with a good balance on both rod ends and some ARP hardware you will be set.
Just remember lots of high revs kill internals more than power...namely rod bolts, then rods, then pistons.
That 6.0 has 6 bolt mains so I don't see that breaking anytime soon.
