07 Silverado 4.8 turbo.. parts list?

Ok im on to my newest project and i want to make sure im not forgeting anything. I am going with a trick performance Front mount (seeing as though STS customer service SUCKS), Injector size not sure of yet?, Walbro 255 Pump, nelson tuning to get my computer straight, And fab up my own FMIC piping and just buy a core. For now i just want a mild street setup. My VW has scared my from doing anything wild just yet.

NelsonPerformance has a cool new front mount setup they're marketing, also. Keep your options open, there are a few nice kits available these days.

There are a few good kits out there right now, Trick, KBRacing and Nelson. As far as parts, here's a good list:

60# injectors (these will keep you from having to upgrade later)
    Walbro 255
    Valve springs
BOV (If kit doesn't come with one)
Tranny upgrades (at least servos & shift kit, best if you got a built unit)
Rear diff (look at Ron's Machine on here, he's a sponsor)
Gauges (Boost, Wideband, Fuel pressure, Interceptor)
    Colder spark plugs gapped .032-.035
    Tune

Sounds like you know what needs to be done! Good luck and keep us posted!

2004 Silverado Crew Cab, forged iron 5.7, STS w/MP turbo, 10+ psi, FMIC, Tial 50mm BOV, Vic Jr, Snow performance meth, MTI Stealth cam .220/.220 .581/.581 115lsa, Comp chromoly pushrods, Yank TT3000 stall, LS1 Efans, 160 tstat, Trucool 40k trans cooler, 60# injectors, Walbro fuel pump, Patriot springs, Built 4l65E w/billet input & output shafts, Eaton posi, SD tuned...all installed by Klein North Automotive

Thank you for looking at our kit. We are building a new style kit now, pm me for pricing. The intercooler is a big deal depending on final goal and budget. Right we are getting a 18 x 21 x 3.5 built that will bolt right in. We can also set your system up without an intercooler.

00 Chevy RCSB 5.3L Trick Turbo,
