What will it take to run 13's

My truck is a 99 RCSB 1500 with a '00 LQ4 6.0 And 4L80e Swap, it has a 3.42 rearend, CAI and a 87 octane tune. Alright my first question is what will it take to get my truck at least in the high 13's, without spraying or boosting. And about how much will i be looking at spending. Surprisingly the best i got it to run was a 15.00 exact, im guessing its a result of my power robbing 80e and 3.42 combo. Thanks in advance
    4.3 - 6.0 Swap - Iron Heads lol - 4l80e - Flaco Tune - Detroit TruTrac - 4.56 - Longtube Headers - ORY - CAI - And Finally 93 Octane Tune

Who tuned it? 15.0 seems way low for a rcsb with a 6.0 IMO. What was your 60 ft? And do you have a locker or LSD?
I would say that 4.10's and a stall would get you were you wanna be.

It was tuned by Flaco from Strictly Performance. I have a G80 but hardly ever seems to kick in. It runs awesome in the streets even from a stop but at the track it bearly even spins the tires?? 3 out of the 4 times down the strip it took off very sluggish and my first gear goes all the way to 60-70mph till finally second gear chirps in, and the 1 out of the 4 it took off spinning like crazy even when i went into second gear. My autotech proffesor said that it sounds like my 1st gear doesn't kick in all the time, which sounds reasonable, but then again its a 4l80e with its 2.48 1st gear and 3.42 diff

With a stock stall that is common at the track. Post up your track times.
    Like 60ft
    1/8 time and mph
    1/4 time and mph
g80 is a grenade. IMO a stall, locker, and 4.10's and you will be at your goal. Or close to it.

I personally think it's just the overall setup you have, that's making it slow. You have the heavy iron headed, lowest power 6.0 with an 87 tune. A stock stall, heavy, power robbing 4l80e and 3.42 rear gears which are prob the worst gear for any n/a drag race application.

Edit: you basically said this in your first post.
    99 Silverado ECSB 4X4, LQ4, Patriot Stage 2 243's w/ 59cc chambers, TR224-112, Pacesetter LT's, Nelson tune, FLT Lvl 5, Yank 3k stall, UD pulley, CAI, Ported Throttle body, 160* t-stat, E-fans, 6'' Fabtech lift, 3'' Summit body lift, 37'' ProComp XTerrains, 4.56's, 4'' shackle flip 13.78 @ 98mph on 37's FTW! Try a 91 or 93 tune. Get some LT's. Swap those 3.42's for some 4.10's. Toss in a 3200 stall. Do a cam swap like a 228/230. That should get you down into the 12's.

Yea you can actually feel the the way I lose power to the tranny. "bangbangskeetskeet" you really think 12's with the mods you mentioned?

And what do you mean by "OSS in a 3200 stall"
