I have a tuned pcm from Nelson performance. Its a 93octane live tune. It is not tuned for the hydrogen, its tuned for nitrous, but i have no idea yet if you can or cannot tune for the HHO gas. But i am positive you dont HAVE to have a tuned pcm for HHO gas. Basically you have a cell that makes the HHO gas by electrolysis, then a cell that filters any steam, then a 3rd cell that's is a safety bubbler( so it doesn't back fire ) and another filter is in it, then an air dryer that takes any moisture out of the gas before to tap it into your intake manifold. I used a relay and some fuses, with a gauge to measure water level, and a toggle on and off switch. All wired to a ignition wire so it is never on while the ignition is off.

dang jeff that is sweet. We need more pics and plans and such. I want one. would be interesting and a big help to have HHO. i drive 80 miles round trip everyday, with the old setup i was averaging 16.5 - 17 and now actually with the new cam i think im getting better milage. Hard to say since my last tank was half highway and half city from moving everyone, but even then i got 15.8 mpg. Definately keep us posted on your next trip.
Where exactly did you put it into the manifold? Just in the intake tube? after the TB or where.
thanks

If you decide to build another HHO kit, how about doing a how-to for those interested. It sounds like you put together a very well thought out installation. One of the guys I work with swears he's getting 25% better economy with his install.

y hasnt this been mass produced yet if it reaally works.im not saying it doesnt work by all means .im just wondering if its been well researched and test proven why doesnt everyone have them?from what im gathering youre not the only 1 that has done this.are theyre any negative ?doesnt seem that expensive.and saves on gas .hum seems like a no brainer .
