    Bennet's cluster conversion!

    This is Bennet's (sierraman) cluster I'll let the pictures do the talkin'!






    Sorry it took so long man, the snow in the northeast delayed my shipment of LEDs.

    Looks like an 03+, when they switched the fuel and oil pressure gauges. Looks good

    looks good, but it's got really bad hotspots. an easy trick is to cut the tip off of the led or sand the led down. that eliminates its focus and spreads the light out more evenly

    The hot spots are from the factory overlay. They put some kind of material that is supposed to help distribute the light more evenly. They didn't count on us replacing the crappy incandescent bulbs with really bright LEDs. I use 160 degree LEDs and they are as close to the board as possible. There are also little "difrfactors" that they use to aim the light and they mess with the distribution of the light. This is one of the best looking clusters I have done so far.

    Not sure the exact year but it's a Joe Gibbs cluster...pretty sure it came from Gingers truck.

    Yes, its from an '05 according to the back of the cluster. I guess it came from Garrison's deer catching pile. Says there are only 358 hours on the motor, but 77000 miles. Thats an average of 215 mph!

    I used the 360 degree leds and there is hardly any hot spots at all.
