I wouldn't call that decently priced. You can get L92 heads and intake for ~1500 bucks. You can have a 408 shortblock built for around 4k. There you have 32 more cubes for the same price... and the benefit of the LS3 heads.

oh ok I c wut u mean pl4boy if I go with a 408 and use the l92s and a fast 102 intake should spend about the same as that stock ls3 and will hav more hp than a stock ls3 and it will cost less.sounds like a good idea.altho if Iam going to run boost would the 408 still b a good choice or would the 403 or 370? Also does ne1 know how much a forged 403 or 370 or 408 shortblock would cost built for boost? A price range.

370 will be slightly cheaper because of the crank. The 403 and 408 will be the same price. I wouldn't run the FAST 102 car intake. I mean you can, but I feel like at this level, you would be fine with the stock l92 intake.

Call Pat G. 243s are the best choice for a NA or nitrous 6.0. They keep the compression up and flow great.
