Can anyone tell me what the flow rate is on a stock '99 5.3 injector? Also, what fuel pressure do these engines run?

I think they are 24# and the truck fuel press spec is 55 - 59psi. I'm sure someone can correct me if that's wrong.

99 injectors are about 21# 2000 and up are 24#
