Truck feels much smoother and pulls alot better . The shift points really helped also. I'll run it with the Gtech tomorrow if its not raining and post up the results. It was 15.1 - 15.2 before....

Badass Mike!!!
I'm glad you like it, just from the shift points I bet you gained a tenth.
That 4L80E really came out nice, those shifts are awesome, it's not a jarring feeling guys, it's more of a shift and launch feeling.
We'll have to get together again, along with some other truck members and head out to the track. I think you're only about 30mins away.
Keep us updated and thanks for posting,
btw, You're the only one who's bought and installed the LS1Truck.com sticker, hmmmm, lol.
later,

In the words of Eric Cartman...."sweeeeet". What did ya do with that evil called TqMgt? What are your shift points up to now?

We took TM out and it definitely made a difference. He said it used to feel like it was bucking during the shifts.
The shift points are at
1st = 5700rpms
2nd = 5600rpms
3rd = 5400rpms , but I'm not sure if it's safe taking that big ass fast truck that fast, lol, if so, it's definitely moving.
Set the speed limiter at 200mph, he said he was going to try and hit on the way home, heheheh
For those with chargers and superchips, there's a lot more in there.

Holy smoke!!! you will love this Allen
On the way home from work I was dragging a 750iL and doing pretty good and pop, massive exhaust leak!!
Well I thought for sure my welding job on the O2 bung cracked or something since I am less than confident on my welding skills.
So I babied it home, which really sucked cause there was Hemi's and ricers all over the place. It was redneck truck all the way home
Turns out the EGR tube busted off at the manifold connection!
So is it kick ass or what that we deleted the EGR tests
I will weld up a block off plate or something to fix it. Glad it was something simple.
That must have been that noise we sort of noticed when we were almost finished tuning.
Too much back pressure, maybe I need some straight pipes. LOL
Mike

You scared me there for a sec, lol, I had to skim thru the post real quick and find out what the problem was and then go back and read the entire post, hahaha, .
That's definitely wierd it blew off, but now you got me thinking, I'll do some research and find out why. I didn't think there was that much pressure build up, lol.
So, badass on the racing, I'm sure you surprise the hell out of a lot of ppl with that big fast truck, it moves pretty damn good, and in style.
Ya, good thing on the egr, haha, maybe I tuned it so that it would blow off, lol, jk,
keep me updated, i hope everything goes well removing it.

It was a blast running back to Austin! Truck moves nice. Throttle response is noticably better and the downshift when I puch it is kick ass!! Did'nt hit the 200mph limiter though But it gets over 100mph real quick
The tube broke right at the flange connection on the passenger manifold. It must have been cracked before but did not have a noticable leak.
It will be easy to block off this morning. I'll call magnacharger on Mon and find out how much they want for a new tube. Maybe I'll do just fine without it.
I still think it would be better not to have that exhaust running into the blower....
