that's a tuff one, i guess the only ppl that would know is hypertech. I know on the ls1edit side, you have to be careful as to which file you flash pcms with, just becuase they're the same year, it may have a different version, which will destroy the pcm is flashed with the wrong version.
just curious, why are you buying the hpp3?
for power or to recalibrate the gears/tires.

I think that 2000 and 2001 have different wireing harnesses but I might be wrong. Check the pinouts!!
