I have tried small adjustments but feel as though I'm going wrong direction.
I tried using formula sugested by nogo on another forum but they didn't work for me.
How about it Farmtruc you got any advice? Truck definatly needs some real tuning
as lowend power is lacking. But this Idle is annoying and potentialy dangerous, it stalls and surges. I've had it close a few times but then it gets worse. The cam im running is 216/220 114 sep

Thanks Allen it's better. It still needs a performance tune but it's more drivable.
After I've driven it for a while I'll know more, but so far no stalling. Jim

I will. A guy that drives that far should get a good meal! Let me know where and when. Maybe Saturday night if you are in town.

I need this same thing ... mine did on me 3 times tonite whiel a leased jackass local cop was waiting on me to leave the Wal-Mart parking lot. It was kinda embarissing after him telling me to leave for spinning tires in the parking lot and then I couldn't get it to start back up.
It would start, surge, try to come down to an idle and die. The 3rd time I got it started, I massaged the pedal to keep it running. I'm having a bitch of a time getting it to idle half way smooth. It's not choppy like you would think. The best way I can describe it is it's a hard ass lope, very consistant and very hard.
Allen ... I think I wanna set up a time to come see you on the 22nd of this month. How's that sound?

Hey Flyer,
That sounds fine to me, give me a call or reminder a couple days before and I'll make some time for you to come on in.
We'll get it running strong,
allen
