I paid $4200 but I think they have gone up a bit. This was for a 2002 LS1 with 3500 miles, 4L60E, all accessories, wireing harness, computer, and exhaust to the Y pipe.

jeff got a good deal, thats not a lot of mileage at all. mine id from a 98 SS (52k miles) with all wiring, no clutch setup/bellhousing for $2900 shipped.
i got it off ebay from a guy named Jeff who was trying to start a performance oriented salvage yard out in guess where........texass.
