My buddy is looking for a cool air intake system(k&n, volant, airraid, etc) for his 99 Chevy 5.3,he also wants it to be chrome or polished if someone has one let me know and I'll tell my buddy so he can take off your hands

Metal intake tubes are heat magnets... he might consider a plastic one

I had a talk with my buddy and he changed his mind about getting a chrome or polished cool air intake. he decided he would go plastic so anyone that has one shoot a line so i can tell him.

I have the K&N FIPK that came off my 2001 6.0 HD. Has about 20K miles on it.
