You can cut off the ones on the back of the intake, like where the turtle shell gets attached.

I used a die grinder with a carbide burr to remove the black plastic "post" that holds the brass thing in it. Then use the burr on the side of the "post" until ya see some brass. Do that to the opposite side of the "post" as well. Now you can open the "post" like a clam shell and see the brass nut, and its got some burr marks on the side but it is 100% functional. I did that from a junk intake i had. I bet you can use a hacksaw to remove the "post" from the intake so that the intake is unharmed. Then bop it in the empty hole on your new intake and VIOLA you can screw in the throttle cable bracket.
