    newbie from alabama here!

    Just joined up to see what's going on in the lsx truck world. I have 2001 Silverado with a 4.8. looking to mod it a little and get my son into it.

    220/224 cam, 2800 stall, full bolt ons, trans cooler, and 3.73s and your son will be more than happy! You could even do a smaller cam than that. 3.73s will save some at the pump too vs 4.10s and so on.
