    Hello LS1Truck members!

Hello everyone! EddySal here. Current project is LS2 engine swap. Have a 5.3L in my 2007 Avalanche which is not providing the driving experience that I desire. Basically bought the Avy used and the previous owner obviously sucked the life out it by pulling a boat and just wearing it out. Need more power! Bad! Done the bolt ons and re-tunes to no avail. So, cannabilized LS2 out of Trailblazer SS, including tranny / rear end to transplant into my 207 Avalanche. Hoping to find some help on getting the ECM retuned for TF heads/cam kit with new, better intake and exhaust. Also looking for suggestions on getting the tranny rebuilt with the appropriate modifications for performance and tire shredding. Any advice would be most welcome and appreciated. More to follow as project progresses.

    Where u located?

If that ls2 is gonna have 500hp be sure to get a fully trans from a reputable builder, or do the 80e conversion and be done.
Eaton or similar posi is needed. I think Yukon has some slightly better axles if u want.
Might wanna consider a high speed 5" alum shaft as well.
    Adds up quick!
What color is that LS2 crank sensor?

Those trans don't last long with a slightly modded LS2 for tbss guys, so I don't expect it to for your Avy. Allens already been through all the weak links for the avy so he's talking from exp.
