    Newbie from north of the border

    I started posting here but never introduced myself. I'm Kevin from Southern Ontario and a future LSX (LQ4/LS3) owner with a project for my 1988 s10.

    Plan on restoring the truck (body has never seen a winter ) to what I had intended my dream truck to be with the addition of a school project that will consist of voice activated controls. I am not a mechanic by any means but I know how to turn a wrench and like getting my hands covered in grease.

    I picked up my donor LQ4 with 100K KM on it and tore it all apart. Going to start a build thread in a couple months once the rest of my powertrain is sitting on the floor.

    Still need to get a t56/12 bolt and all the parts for the motor yet, but its a start so far.
