    newb with a slow truck

greetings, my name is Brian and I have a 2008 GMC RCSB 4.8L
I like just outside of San Antonio, TX in the Cibolo/Schertz area.

I've done a few cosmetic things to the truck and a little tuning via HPTuners. More stuff to come soon.

    As I bought it:

hey man welcome again! Looks like a clean truck.. Just a few things to set it off

    - put it on the ground
    - get the amber color out of the headlights
    - black GMC logo on the front
    tint the windows
    - color match the mirrors

that should do it for now. Oh yeah and cam and stall

i can't get off the line for ****...the first time I went I was spinning...and last night it was like I couldn't get it moving off the line.

I got some tips on what to do to the tune to get it going quicker though so I'm going to make some adjustments.

I've wanted one since the redesign but was kind of out of my budget. I just got this one a couple months ago when they started their red tag sale and wanted to get rid of the 08's. It had been on the lot for a while. The sticker was $21,500 and I paid $12,900 for it.

It also came with vinyl seats which I switched out the covers for some SLE cloth covers.
