removing fuel line to rail???

tried to take the line off today so i could change my injectors out, bought a cheap set of those quick release tools at advance, like ten bucks. but that thing will not let go. any body have a pic of the one i need and size. my truck is returnless style, thanx nick

it was the plastic colored set that has like 6 different ones in it, and yeah it was $10 not $5

Oh...the set. The metal two-sided one is better if you only have one application.....and it's cheaper. Should be able to use the 3/8" size, put it on the line, lightly engage it into the quick connect, push the hose TOGETHER, push the tool in, pull the lines apart.

Some of that sounds dirty and while we're at it, sometimes you have to twist it real good to work...

yeah you use the light blue one i believe...but do just like nathan said push the line further on then push the tool inside the line and pull the line off while pushing the lock....some of them are on there pretty good so pull the hell out of it!
