Welcome Jake! Everything should swap over with no problems including the motor mounts. Good Luck!

    Wiring harness matches up exactly.

The wiring will match up, but depending on what model year 6.0 you get, the throttle body may need to be changed to a traditional throttle cable style rather than the 2003 and newer drive by wire design....

You may also have to swap out the fuel rails. The fuel rails don't have a return fuel line. It's not a big deal, just use the old ones. Same with the throttle body. All the parts swap!

You could keep it but you'll need some more parts and work. An electric throttle pedal, the connectors to splice into your harness, and a TAC module (the black box that connects between the pedal and the t-body). Since you need to get your PCM flashed for the 6.0 anyway, you'll should ask your tuner whether the 2000 PCM can support drive by wire. Or someone knowledgeable here will chime in I'm sure...

IMHO, swap your cable operated throttle body from your 5.3 to the 6.0 and don't worry about any of this stuff....

the 4.8/5.3/6.0 are all the same dimentional so they are interchangable. only tuning stands in youe way.
