Hey guys, I need help getting the new R4 compressor working properly on my 5.3 swap in my obs. I used the original R4 bracket from the 4.3 that I modified. I have the new compressor installed with fresh new PAG oil, new dryer and orifice tube. The system has been vacuumed. I was able to add Freon and it is cold in the cab. I noticed a loud squeaking noise coming from the new tensioner assembly when a/c on but is fine when it isn't. The belt is new, all pulleys have good bearings. I also have a problem with the A/C comp not cutting off and on. It stays running. Any input is greatly appreciated.
