How in the world do you remove the motor mounts?

Hey all, so I pulled my engine and trans today. I plan on installing the new engine and my old trans tomorrow. I got stopped today because I couldnt find an easy way to remove the motor mounts. I have new polyurethane bushings to put in. The mounts have 3 bolts that go through the K? member. the nuts are underneath but I can not get to them, the upper and lower control arms are in the same spot underneath. Please tell me there is an easier way than removing the control arms to get to the bottom of the motor mounts!

I usually cut the bolt heads off and when I install the LS I weld them to the K

Pulling the control arms is the only way, the idea of cutting off the old bolts and welding the new mounts to the frame sounds like an easier alternative if you have a welder and the skills to weld

Like gagliano7 said. On my 2wd 1990 I used a long extension,a swivel and a helper up top to impact them out. Same way to reinstall. Definetly a pain in the butt but it's doable. Take your time and learn a few new words if you know what I mean. Good luck.
