Well to my knowledge there are no shorties made for this swap but I don't think it would be hard to find on the would work. I wish I would have known you wanted to get rid of your longtubes before I bought mine TODAY.

Are you sure they hang below? I am in the process of my swap on my 93 and i have air ride and am also stock floor bd'd 2.5" and I only had to make a minor tub in my firewall for the passenger side header. Mine are completely tucked above the bottom of the frame.

    Want to sell your headers?

The shoenfield long tubes DO NOT hang below the frame, they don't even get close. I would check again if I were you.

    word..

don't waste your money on shorties unless you are just getting them for looks. They probably flow worse then the stock manifolds lol.

Street and Performance brand "G-Body" LS1 headers fit our old body style trucks. They are not shorties though. I would call them mid-length headers, and do not drop anywhere near below the frame. Too bad your long tubes don't work for you. They are the best performing versions out there for our trucks.
