need help with swap manifold

first problem. egr port on manifold wont let header go in.

second problem. non egr manifolds are the same casting just filled. so what manifolds are you using?

im using the manifolds from an 07 GMC envoy denali 5.3L. they dont have the egr port. i guess they hug the block more than the truck maniflds. im sure the trailblazer ss are the same, and the chevy ssr. also you wont have to trim the frame rails.
