obs 90-98 engine mounts available

hey guys, what engine mounts have you been using to mount your ls engine in your obs truck?
specifically the body style around the '95 model.

i've used a few, just wondering what's available these days, I'm getting ready to do a conversion and wanted to see more options.

adjustability, like the dingo mounts would be best.

thanks,
allen

BRP LS Conversion Tranny Crossmember...?

And is that kits tranny crossmember sufficient for a truck? Kinda wimpy. I think our trucks frame needs the support of the larger factory trans crossmember. Yes or no? Opinions please.

Every time I see this "kit" I think of the old cheap swing sets. That tranny cross member leaves a lot to be desired.

How come we let this thread die without answering it?

I've seen mount adapters anywhere from 30 bucks to 100 bucks. As long as they aren't as thin as paper what's the difference?

Allen, I don't know for sure, but the dingo designed mount looks exactly like the engine mounts I fabricated and used years ago. They bolt to the engine block, and I simply slid a bolt through them and my existing 4.3 V-6 frame mounts. They fit perfect. Guess you'd have to get a pair and test fit them.

That doesn't look like it would hold a honda motor.
