    obs fuel gauge question

    is the 97 like the 98 where the pcm tells the gauge what to do or does the sender go straight to the gauge?

    98 uses the pcm. 97 was straight to the gauge. but u can use a 97 sending unit and by pass the pcm
    1998 chevy 1500 with 6.0/4l80e comp cam, tune, exhaust,
