How does the 4L80e PCM mate with an '01 6.0L?

All -

Same deal as my other post, wondering how the 4l80e from my 1994 is going to talk to the "new" 6.0L out of an '01 1500HD?

Does the PCM from the 1994 5.7L just get completely eliminated and EVERYTHING gets run off the 01 PCM?

Keep the chassis harness, everything else, pcm and tcm harness will be replaced.

I didn't think there was a separate TCM for the 1994 (and for that matter, the '01 donor). I thought that was all in the PCM, no?
