    Lightbulb Boring vs Stroker

I have been throwing some ideas in my head about a build that may or may not take place. I saw an lq9 iron block for under 800 brand spankin new on jegs. So i thought, wouldnt it be cool to build an engine from the ground up and put it in my truck. I was thinkin 383 or 408 in displacement but not sure exactly how to get it there. What are the pros and cons of boring v stroking or some good combinations? Goal would be around 600 tq under 4000rpm N/A on 87 for convenience. Is this feasible, I am kind of a at this. Thanks
