Advice/help 1998 Silverado LQ4 swap.

I'm helping a friend who blew the 5.0 in his 98 1500 4x4. I found a 6.0 LQ4 complete with ECU and uncut harness from a 2002 1500. Also a bunch of extra parts from a 2002 Escalade. Throttle body, coil packs, core support with radiator, harness, coolant jug, and whatever else is in the pile of parts.

What should I look out for? Will it fit without major modifications? Is the trans gonna bolt up? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
