Well on my 6.0 swap I did away with the TB heater connections, and have the hose run from the head to the radiator. It is plumbed into it about 6" below the cap. I got to thinking, that coolant from the radiator will want to go into the hose, when all its for is air/vapor whater to come out, so question is, should I tee it into the overflow, right below the rad cap, or is it fine to have it where I do, I can add a picture if needed.
i just blocked mine off. it goes no where and i am S/C have had no problem at all with it
Ok, I just read on ls1 tech, that it shouldnt be blocked off, but then again, the ones that have theirs blocked havent had any problems that I know of.
running them from ur head to ur radiator is the best way it keeps ur TB cooler too u do not need to T it into ur overflow, hope this helps good luck
