    Any trick to make for easer refilling the system with coolant and keep from getting air pocket.
    I here on these new systems you can air pocket real easy.
    Truck 2002 Chevy with
    old setup KB turbo kit MP70 LS1
    New setup stock for now

    Jack up the front end of the truck, fill through top rad hose then re-attach, idle engine, fill reservoir as necessary, cap off, then drive, drive, DRIVE.

    With my 160 stat, engine temps sit between 185 - 195 (Southern mid-90s & 50+% humidity)... slightly higher compression than a stock setup. You&#39;ll see mixed opinions about using these... especially if you live in a colder climate area.

    It didn&#39;t change my milage at all.
    2002 Silverado 2wd ecsb 5.3 4L60E 3.73 Headers, 160* thermostat, TBS, Redneck RamAir, Descreened MAF, Coolant Bypass, Air Gap, Dumped exhaust, LS1 fans,Wheatley tune mid 14.'s...
